I have ordered a few times from Send Flowers to Singapore and they have always delivered on time, and able to address any issues over email promptly. I live in the US and it is not always easy to send gifts on time to Singapore. This service is wonderful.

A great improvement would be for the delivery to be confirmed by a simple sms from the florist, especially as you charge USD 10 for delivery. It should be obvious that it is awkward for me to ask the recipient to confirm this.
